Rush Production is not guarenteed and is the only option when the wear date is very close to the estimated production time for a dress. PO Box orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to be delivered in 1-5 bussiness days once shipped.
APO, FPO, and DPO are shipped via USPS. Shipping times may vary, but are estimated to be delivered in 7-21 business days after your order has shipped. In order to process all orders in a timely manner, please make sure to correctly indicate the shipping address. Click HERE for more details from USPS. Please note, shipping insurance orders may also include or require signature for package.
International Orders and orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or Mexico must be submitted through PayPal to select the correct International Shipping option. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Allow 1-3 business days for processing time.
All Sale dresses/products are Final Sale (no returns, no exchanges) and are sold as is. Products/Dresses on sale and promotional offers are subject to change at the sole discretion of Breeze Bridal & Prom.
In-Store and Online Sales Policy
All orders/purchases are Final (no return, no exchange). Orders cannot be cancelled.
Orders (online orders/purchases or in-store orders/purchases) that are sent back to Breeze Bridal & Prom or to the designer via UPS or USPS or any other carrier (for both USA and International orders), for any reason, will incur a 100% restocking fee (restocking fee cannot be reversed, no exception).
Reasons included, but are not limited to, the customer did not accept the package(s) or did not pick-up the package(s) at a UPS or USPS postal location (Return to Sender, including UPS access point, PO box, etc...), or if the order is sent to Breeze Bridal & Prom or the designer by the customer for any reason, the order/dress/product will result in restocking fees of 100% of the full order (restocking fee cannot be reversed, no exception).
No returns/exchanges or credits will be issued for in-store or online purchases for all products/items/dresses for any other reasons other than those indicated below.
We have no control and accept no responsibility for the sizing you select for you merchandise. Please check the provided size chart to ensure correct sizing. Contact the store at 573-817-2262 during business hours to speak to a sales associate in regards to sizing or text us 24/7 Texting Customer Service! ~ (573) 315-3559 for a size reference/size chart before placing your order.
Breeze Bridal & Prom is not responsible if the customer is not available at time of carrier delivery or if the order is not picked up at the carrier facility in a timely manner as such to receive/pick up the package before the wear date.
If an incorrect or past wear date is provided, your order will be processed as soon as possible and shipped. If a wear date is not indicated or a wear date is not correctly submitted (MM/DD/YY format), then your order will ship out as stated on the website. You cannot change or update your wear date once your order has shipped. If you need to update the wear date on your order, text us ASAP.

No returns/exchanges or credits will be issued for orders submitted with a wear date of less that 2 weeks if the Free Ground Shipping or Free Shipping option is selected. We recommend looking into Rush Shipping options as we are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to/by the carrier. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS ARE ISSUED FOR ORDERS PLACED LESS THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEAR DATE, EVEN IF YOUR DRESS IS DELIVERED AFTER THE WEAR DATE PROVIDED.
Pick Up In Store orders will be contacted via phone call, text message, and/or email when ready for pick up. Pick Up In Store orders must be picked up within 7 business days after notice or by the wear date provided (whichever is sooner). If a Pick Up In Store order is not picked up by the wear date provided on your order, for any reason, the order/dress/product will result in a non-refundable restocking fees of 100% of the full order (restocking fee cannot be reversed, no exception).
If you have any concerns with your order, the customer must contact the store within 48 hours (2 business days, including weekends) of delivery of your package. The customer must contact via texting us 24/7 at 573-315-3559, or by submiting an order status/inquiry using the link/form below. Once we receive and review your inquiry, a sales associate will contact you via phone call, email, and/or text message within 3-5 business days. Any inquiries/concerns submitted after 48 hours (2 business days, including weekends) of delivery of your package will not be eligable for review. Inquiries/concerns will be closed if they are incomplete by the customer or if the customer fails to contact the store in a timely manner.
