*Layaway Exclusions: Online orders submitted with one or more dresses on sale/discounted, special order/pre-order, Special Order Bridal Gowns, SALE Bridal Gowns, or dresses purchased with a promocode are not eligible and are excluded from Layaway. Other exclusions include Rush Shipping and Rush Production dresses/gowns, excludes orders with a wear date less than one month at the time of order, and excludes dresses/products under $300 each and/or order total under $400.
Orders submitted for the above excluded dresses/products or order total will be charged in full at the time of order and shipped out.

Layaway Payment Plan Policy Terms and Conditions
All sales/orders/purchases and layaways are final (no return, no exchange). Any and all payments, including the downpayment, are nonrefundable.

Online Orders - Layaway Agreement: If, for any reason (card is declined, insufficient funds, etc...), payment of your Layaway is not completed by the due date there is a 3 day grace period (includes weekends/holidays) and you will be contacted via phone to address any concerns. If a payment is late following the grace period, a $10.00 daily late fee charge will be applied for incomplete payments. Layaway orders that are 7 days late (including weekends and holidays) will be terminated and all payments will go towards restocking fees. Any and all payments are nonrefundable. You will not be responsible for any late fees once your order is terminated. Termination of your Layaway can not be reversed/refunded.

You will receive an email when your dress is ready to be picked up or when your dress has been shipped. Please check your email periodically as orders may arrive sooner than expected. Pick Up In Store orders must be picked up within 7 business days (including weekends) after notice, otherwise a $10.00 daily storage fee charge will apply. If the product is not picked up by the wear date or within 7 business days (including weekends) after notice, whichever date is sooner, then the Layaway will be terminated and all payments will go towards restocking fees. Any and all payments are nonrefundable. You will not be responsible for any storage fees once your order is terminated. Termination of your Layaway can not be reversed/refunded.

If you would like to terminate your layaway, please let us know at least 7 days (includes weekends/holidays) before your next payment. Once your layaway is terminated, you will no longer be required to pay any further payments. Termination of the layaway cannot be reversed. There is no additional charge to terminate your layaway. If a Layaway is terminated, all payments will go towards restocking fees. All sales and layaways are final (no return, no exchange). Any and all payments, including the downpayment, are nonrefundable.
